Office Camaraderie

It's such a beautiful feeling! Life tends to be so good when things are going great on the professional front. Productivity automatically improves when you have a fantastic relation with people around you. Things tend to take up on the personal front too. That sense of achievement, that adrenaline rush, that sense of pride over having learnt something new. Ah! Nothing in this entire universe can ever beat those feelings! Well, the reason why I am writing this blog today is because at this point in time I am having the best time right now on the office front. And me being an article trainee (i.e. someone who is not in the race for appraisals and promotions :P); I am getting to make the most of this "slack" period. Bonding with my colleagues over cups of coffee, enjoying my work to the hilt, having big arguments over silly things and then apologising at the end of the day, going on lunches with pals - Well! Not everyone gets the chance to do all this. I consider myself very lucky for having such an amazing team alongwith. Love you all !! Also, you must thank your lucky stars when you are in a Big 4 and are still leaving at like 7 (7 actually does feel like a half day, doesnt it?). Things must definitely be going great for you. Also, there is a different sense of enjoyment when your work is not marred by petty office politics. Thus, I definitely believe that a successful team is the one which has a great camaraderie. Even Sachin Tendulkar had once said a few months before the 2011 World Cup that "that dressing room was the best one he had ever been in." That's what our responsibility is. To build that kind of a dressing room at every place we go. Someone had  rightly said "Life is short. Make this place to be loved forever." A place wherein everyone is aware of his roles and responsibilities and at the same time, others are ready to chip in if someone fails to perform. Well, that's about it with respect to my thoughts on this topic..

P.S: Reactions to the first blog have been fantastic. Thanks a lot people! Getting accolades for your first blog... Life must be pretty good! :)
